Strain Description ：
1. 
This strain is generated with Tryptophan insertion at amino acid position 97 by CRISPR/CAS9 technique.
2.  Mice homozygous were observed hyperglycemia and hyperglycosuria around 4 to 6 weeks of age. Nephropathy also appeared from 20 weeks and became significantly at 44 weeks.
3.  Hyperglycemia was also found in some heterozygous males of 6-8 weeks age but the symptom would be gone around 20 weeks.
