1.  1.    A transgenic vector was designed including cDNA of GSUB (human glucuronidase, beta) gene driven by CAG (chicken beta-actin) promoter.
This transgene was microinjected into fertilized C57BL/6J oocytes. Offspring from founder have been maintained on a C57BL/6J.
2.  Expression of GUSB protein is confirmed by Western Blot.
